Descrição Manage and oversee all financial aspects of the company's operations.
Coordinate with accounting team to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
Review financial data and reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasting financial performance and ensuring adherence to financial goals.
Analyze financial trends and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
Lead financial planning and analysis efforts to support business growth initiatives.
Perfil ideal Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial control, with experience in hotels - mandatory.
Proven track record of success in a similar role, with experience in complex projects.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
