Job Description.
Are you ready to spearhead the implementation of HR IT Solutions within strategic projects at (COMPANY NAME)? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our global development team, driving innovation and efficiency in (COMPANY NAME)'s HR IT landscape through development and operation.
As an intern, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping (COMPANY NAME)'s future, collaborating closely with our central department in Germany while based in our Lisbon IT hub.
In this role, you'll engage with stakeholders from HR departments, external partners, and (COMPANY NAME) experts, contributing to the optimization of our HR processes and systems.
Your responsibilities will include supporting requirements gathering, analyzing data, preparing functional specifications documentation, and assisting in the implementation of requirements.
Strong analytical skills, impeccable organization, and effective communication will be essential for success, alongside a solid understanding of HR processes.
Qualifications.
