O perfil de Service Desk desempenha um papel vital no suporte técnico, sendo o primeiro ponto de contato para os utilizadores.
Este profissional é responsável por diagnosticar, resolver e encaminhar problemas técnicos, garantindo um serviço eficiente e satisfatório.
Descrição Oferecer suporte técnico de nível 1, resolvendo incidentes e atendendo solicitações de assistência.
Registrar e monitorizar chamadas de suporte por meio de um sistema de gestão de incidentes.
Diagnosticar e solucionar problemas de hardware e software em computadores e dispositivos dos utilizadores.
Auxiliar na configuração e manutenção de dispositivos, como computadores, impressoras e telefones.
Colaborar com outros membros da equipa de suporte para resolver problemas mais complexos.
Fornecer instruções claras e suporte aos utilizadores para resolver problemas comuns.
Garantir a satisfação do cliente por meio de um excelente atendimento.
Documentar procedimentos de resolução de problemas.
Manter-se atualizado com as últimas tecnologias e tendências em suporte técnico.
Participar na atualização e definição de procedimentos do Service Desk.
Treinar utilizadores.
Perfil ideal Experiência anterior em suporte técnico ou função similar.
Conhecimento em sistemas operacionais, incluindo Windows, Linux e MacOS.
Familiaridade com software de produtividade, como Microsoft Office 365.
Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita.
Habilidade para resolver problemas de forma eficiente.
Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e gerir eficazmente o tempo para cumprir prazos.
Orientação para o cliente e foco na satisfação.
Certificações relevantes em suporte técnico são uma vantagem.
Conhecimento em metodologias ITIL e experiência na definição de procedimentos Service Desk.
Competência em scripting (bash/powershell) é valorizada.
