ENTERPRISE MONITORING PRODUCTION SUPPORT

Position Description.
CGI has an immediate need for an Enterprise Monitoring Production Support to join our team.

CGI is seeking a Senior Production Support Analyst with in-depth enterprise monitoring support experience in a Netcool, site scope, ITM etc.
This role will be directly involved in providing day to day production support for multiple mission critical enterprise monitoring tools in production.
This role will also include Pre-Implementation analysis and guidance for new applications going into production.
Candidate should have a solid background in providing production support, so they have a good understanding of the requirements.
Should be open to nights and weekend rotation.​ Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience • ​Exposure to Netcool, ITM, SiteScope, Splunk etc.
• Needs to have excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, strong communication abilities and be detail oriented.
• Needs to be knowledgeable in their organization’s procedures, processes, and standards, understand the software development lifecycle, and have experience using relevant IT tools and technologies.
