About the Role This position will report to the Senior software engineer team leader and can be located in Lisbon or Gothenburg working hybrid.

What You Will Do * Provide day-to-day support for existing EDI solution * Manage on-boarding of new trade partners in the role of a business analyst * Support the teams ITIL processes handling incidents, service requests and demands * Collaborate with business, application and development teams, our partners and architects to understand the impact of new development requests and maximize harmonization through the organization.
* Analyze the MIG of the customers to match with (COMPANY NAME) processes * Participate in international projects Who You Are * Universal degree in computer science, management information systems or related discipline.
* Strong knowledgement of EDI standards (EDIFACT/EANCOM, ANSI, UBL, Tradacoms PEPPOL, eInvoicing) * Knowledge of network communicate protocols, e.
.
