What you'll be doing at Webhelp As a Dutch-Speaking Team Leader for a Search Engine Project, you will.
* Supervise, monitor and develop a team of Customer Advisors.
* Closely monitor the SLA's and KPI's of the project.
* Guarantee the continuous monitoring and improvement of the KPI's project by identifying performance gaps, analyzing root causes, and developing strategies to improve the results of the team.
* Lead a team to success by creating an inspiring customer service environment focused on quality and achieving high-level performance.

We'll be a great match if you.
* Have a high level of Dutch (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2 minimum) * Have at least on 1 year of previous experience in Team Management (mandatory) * Have In-depth knowledge of performance metrics (KPI's) * Have Good IT skills, especially in MS Excel * Have excellent communication and leadership skills If you feel you don't check off every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply either way.
