Job Description.
We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative with proficiency in English to join our team.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing assistance and resolving inquiries from our Dutch-speaking customers via various communication channels.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch and English.
• Assist customers with product-related questions, order inquiries, billing issues, and other concerns.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
Requirements.
• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English, both written and spoken, with excellent grammar and communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
