The advisor will also answer queries across a number of channels including email, chat, and phone.
Your responsibilities.
- Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries; - Follow up to customer inquiries by taking specific action in a timely manner; - Aim to resolve issues on the by phone call and be proactive; - Appropriately communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email; - Be able to work to customer service measures, metrics and KPIs.
What we are looking for.
- Superb written and oral communication skills in both English (B2 level minimum) & Dutch (C1/C2 level); - Team player with a positive attitude who thinks as a business owner would; - Availability to work various shifts; - Proficiency with desktop computer system and internet skills; - Prior customer service experience; - Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; - Passion for fashion is a PLUS!
