despite its development center being located in porto and all administrative support in lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several european cities.
we are looking for a cybersecurity team coordinator to work in a project in porto (hybrid model) requirements.
- bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; - years of experience in a similar role within an information security or it environment; - proficiency in jira and experience with kanban boards for task management and tracking; - excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively extract information from team members and convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner; - strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining proper work organization and adherence to deadlines; - demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset; - high level of assertiveness and professionalism, with the ability to interact confidently with team members and stakeholders at all levels; - fluency in english, both written and verbal, is essential; - previous experience working in the financial industry, or a regulated environment is advantageous (nice to have).
responsabilities.
- collaborate with the tech lead to prioritize and assign tasks to team members, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely delivery of objectives; - monitor and track task progress using jira and kanban boards, extracting relevant information from team members, and providing regular updates to stakeholders; - facilitate communication within the team, ensuring that all members are informed of project status, changes, and upcoming deadlines; - act as a liaison between the offensive security team and other departments or stakeholders, conveying requirements and ensuring alignment with organizational goals; - assist in the development and maintenance of team processes, workflows, and documentation to enhance efficiency and consistency; - provide support to team members as needed, helping to resolve issues, and overcome obstacles to project success; - demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, ensuring that work is completed to the highest standards; - maintain a strong understanding of it corporate knowledge and technical concepts to effectively interpret and communicate technical information within the team.
