A Eurofirms recruta um/a Customer Service Support (M/F) para trabalhar numa empresa do Setor dos Transportes, localizada em Castanheira do Ribatejo.
As funções a desempenhar são as seguintes.
Funções.
- Atendimento telefónico a clientes; - Gestão de clientes (carteira de clientes); - Gestão de reclamações por telefone e e-mail; - Gestão de incidências nas entregas / recolha de mercadorias; - Seguimento de entregas / recolhas; - Outras tarefas administrativas inerentes.
Requisitos.
- Boa capacidade de comunicação oral e escrita; - Agilidade a identificar e resolver as necessidades dos clientes; - Proficiência Digital; - Proatividade; - Orientação para os resultados; - Motivação e capacidade de trabalhar em equipa num ambiente jovem e dinâmico; - Experiência na função; - Responsabilidade, assiduidade e sigilo.
Horário.
Horário full-time de 40 horas semanais, de segunda-feira a sexta-feira, em regime de horário fixo, das 09h00 às 18h00, com as devidas pausas previstas por lei.
Qualificações.
- Escolaridade ao nível do 12º ano.
Línguas.
- Português C1; - Inglês B2 (obrigatório).
Português - Médio Eurofirms Trabalho Temporário Lda.
Alvará nº de 17 de Julho.
