Requisitos.
Fluência na língua inglesa; Bons conhecimentos das ferramentas Primavera e Office, como o Excel e o Outlook; Experiência em atendimento ao cliente será uma mais valia; Experiência em em call center será uma mais valia.
Principais desafios.
Garantir a prestação de um serviço de excelência ao cliente; Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de fidelização e aumento de qualidade em relação aos clientes; Apoiar na criação de questionários de satisfação; Auxiliar no acompanhamento de clientes empresariais e na gestão de pedidos.
