Job Description ABOUT THIS JOB.
Will be part of the Customer Service Iberia team focus on Retailers.
Will be trained in NIQ tools/others (Discover, Microsoft Dynamics) and NIQ methodology to support the daily retailers and internal requests.
These requests are mainly.
manage orders or issues, set-up the platform/access in case of new clients/users, prepare data pull, manage report requests and triaging/managing software issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES.
Answer external questions and act as a liaison between retailers and operations.
Ensure direct communication with the retailer.
Be point of contact and interface with several company departments, to be a collector among them and the retailers / commercial teams.
Work across teams and collaborate virtually alongside colleagues from around the world, staying connected to drive results.

REQUIREMENTS Degree in Marketing, Management, or any other equivalent degree Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills Able to work as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
Good analysis and numerical reasoning skills, interest in the fast-moving consumer goods market Knowledge of Excel Good knowledge of Portugues and English (both written/spoken) also Spanish (spoken) because will be part of Iberia team.
Project management experience is a plus.
