Principais responsabilidades.
• Apoio na estruturação de modelos de dados, para análise das variáveis geradas pelo negócio da empresa; • Apoio na definição e implementação das dinâmicas de CRM, perfis e segmentação da base de dados dos clientes, que permitem o desenvolvimento de novas campanhas, produtos ou serviços em colaboração com as áreas Comercial e Marketing; • Fornecer suporte analítico para decisões estratégicas chaves, transversais à organização.
