CUSTOMER INTELLIGENCE ANALYST

Licenciatura em Estatística, Gestão de Informação ou Estudos de Mercado; • Conhecimentos em Data Mining, estruturação e gestão de bases de dados; • Modelos preditivos baseados em Advanced Analytics e Machine Learning; • Conhecimentos em sistemas de BI, nomeadamente em Power BI e SQL; • Elevada capacidade analítica para diagnóstico e problema solving; • Bons conhecimentos de Inglês; • Elevados conhecimentos de Office; • Elevada capacidade de análise e organização; • Rigor e excelência na execução das tarefas; • Facilidade de comunicação e gosto pelo trabalho em equipa.
Principais responsabilidades.
• Apoio na estruturação de modelos de dados, para análise das variáveis geradas pelo negócio da empresa; • Apoio na definição e implementação das dinâmicas de CRM, perfis e segmentação da base de dados dos clientes, que permitem o desenvolvimento de novas campanhas, produtos ou serviços em colaboração com as áreas Comercial e Marketing; • Fornecer suporte analítico para decisões estratégicas chaves, transversais à organização.
