Responsabilidades.
* Atendimento telefónico ao cliente; * Gestão dos pedidos de abertura de tickets de técnicos/especialista de aplicação e pedidos via Teamplay Fleet; * Gestão das plataformas de comunicação digital do Customer Care Centre (mailbox, Teams, Teamplay Fleet, Yammer, SMS); * Suporte à gestão dos agendamentos com clientes; * Permitir uma maior disponibilidade de todos para uma melhor comunicação com os CSE (customer services engineers) e CAS (Customer application services).
Requisitos.
* Sem preferência no background; * Experiência profissional no atendimento telefónico ao cliente; * Inglês fluente (obrigatório); * Proatividade na procura de soluções junto com os colegas de equipa; * Dinamismo e vontade de aprender; * Empatia e boa capacidade de comunicação; * Skills de informática na ótica do utilizador.
