Lisbon calling! As a Customer Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing technical assistance.

* Providing accurate and detailed information about the company's products, features, and specifications.
* Managing and responding to customer requests through phone and email.
* Assisting customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and usage guidance.
* Processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
* Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing technical assistance in an appropriate and friendly manner.
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role.
* A native-level proficiency in Dutch and a minimum C1 level of English * A valid Portuguese work permit (required) or nationality that allows you to work in an EU-country * Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience * Motivation and commitment to perform the assigned tasks effectively * Excitement about intercultural communication and embracing the expatriate lifestyle What's in it for you? * Type of contract.
