You will be receiving telephone calls or chat from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning their insurance policy Identifying issues and provide solutions Being a team player and participate in the success of the team and project Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role.

Full-time 6 months fixed-term contract 39h/week, Monday to Friday on rotative shifts ( to ) Salary.
890€/ gross per 14 months + 100€/month performance bonus + 60€/month complexity bonus + meal vouchers of 7.
€/work day If you live outside Portugal.
