CUSTOM SOFTWARE COMPANY PROPOSAL DESIGN

I'm looking for a sleek and professional proposal template for our software company - to deliver to our clients with the pricing.
The design should be made with our company branding (that still needs to be developed).
The template should include the following sections.
1.
Front page.
General with the quote on top.
Build a next level company | and also our next lvl company.
2.
Inspiring page with a location where we can add info about our future.
3.
Table of contents with a welcomming text to the top; Welcome to our business proposal to help you grow...
4.
About our company, place to add text with a picture, and then below our mission and vision statement.

Here you can add The team, with the option to add a picture and a short description next to it with the two founders.
Below you add a section for the Why we are doing it.

Then here we will have the budget breakdown where 3 sections will be and the total at the bottom; Licence, Setup and training 7.
Then next to it we will have an extra package with first a small text that shows.
standard included.
basic support with answers and fix within 2 weeks.
Normal will go a lot faster +-24 hours.
And then below we will have 3 options next to eachother with support plans; Setup-support - included; Basic support; vip support.
With some space to add points and price in there.

Then we should have a page; Why should you do it? Here we will need to have a ROI calculator that gives them a view of how much they save by using our product.
Make this in different sections so we can make 3 modules, with each 3 points below.
Focus on time saving.

Then we will have the How will we implement? Here the project timeline how we will implement it will be displayed in a vertical timeline with right some options to add text.
Make sure you show them that they don't have to worry - show trust on this page.

Here we will have a page titled; Ready to take the leap? with below the form that they have to enter to accept the offer we did sent.
So add some basic text here, with checkboxes for the parts that are coming back on the payment page; License, Setup, Training and then below also the support options so they can check it.
Then also at the bottom we need a location where they can sign it, and where they can check the terms and conditions.

here you have to title the page; You are not alone! on this page we should add some of our customer logo's and at the bottom a small case studie and review from a user.

The last page should give a thank you page and again the quote; build a next level company.
You have full freedom on how to design it, it just should be in the trend of our company focusing only on my signature and the colors connected to it (red; #EF5E5E grey; #).
Also i added a nice gradient image, that might be used as coloring as well.
Most important is that it is a nice looking document - professional and showing that we are worth it.
All needed documents can be found in attachment.
The ideal freelancer for this project should have experience in graphic design, document creation and Figma.
A background in proposal design for technology companies would be a plus.
Please provide samples of your past work in your proposal.
It should be a bundle that is used as offer for our software which optimizes engineering firms in the construction industry.
Here one example I like and can be used as basics - but i need the triangles horizontal, but I need it reworked and like requested with the above pages and company style.
