Estamos a recrutar Costumer Service (M/F) - English and Dutch para prestigiada empresa do Setor serviços a empresas, na zona de Parque das Nações.
A pessoa selecionada irá desempenhar as seguintes funções.
Funções.
- Responder às questões do cliente via email; - Fornecer suporte ao cliente via email depois de um tempo você pode começar a receber algumas chamadas; - Trabalhar na melhoria contínua para a satisfação do cliente.
Requisitos.
- Experiência anterior em funções similares; - Boa comunicação; - Responsabilidade; - Proatividade; - Organização.
Horário.
Horário full-time de 40 horas semanais com as devidas pausas previstas por lei.
Qualificações.
- Escolaridade mínima ao nível do 12º ano.
Línguas.
- Holandês falado e escrito corretamente; - Bons conhecimentos de inglês.
