Main responsibilities:• Working with our IMS Content Services global team and directly with our Global Content Librarian team, the eContent Management Specialist's scope of work includes:• Act as Single Point of Contact for the assigned internal partner• Identifying and rectifying gaps in the current Content Asset Management model• Provide support and guidance for content library management• Support on end-user engagement, content marketing workflows, collecting data, analyzing trends and providing actionable insights regarding content library management• Assist with end-user support queries• Responsible for delivering trainings on everything regarding content asset management Ideal Profile:• Proficiency in English (spoken and written);• Demonstrated analytical thinking and attention to detail in previous projects and experiences• Good understanding of marketing workflows and data (e.
