Content Moderator with German and EnglishLocation: Sete Rios, LisbonWorking Hours: 40 hours/week Monday –Sunday – 23:00-08:00Our ClientThe leading destination for short-form mobile video, with the mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. The company has global offices including Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Singapore, Jakarta, Seoul and Tokyo.Primary ResponsibilitiesModeration is responsible for the governance of Seller, Product, Live and Short Video.You will ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to our platform.You are responsible for the development, improvement, and maintenance of standards for the security of our online communities.You will improve the content management strategy for short video platforms.You are responsible for coordinating with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates our policies.To succeed in the role, you will need to have:Native or proficient level of German (C2)Advanced level of English Ability to adapt to a challenging software system.Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detailDesire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solverMust hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for PortugalAvailability to work 24x7 (40 hours/week)Salary & BenefitsTotal Gross Monthly 1803.89€ not including nightshifts (25% more per hour if doing nigth shifts)Paid professional trainingEmployee discountsPrivate healthcare & dental insuranceGrowth opportunities through various development programsJob stability 22 business days of annual leavePortuguese public holidays are applied - compensation will be set according to the Portuguese law
