  Your mission.
As part of the Category Management team, you will be a key player in the support of our sales teams by ensuring the correct implementation and tracking of shelf projects, supporting Key Account Managers on the latest insights and updates and defining the planograms according to our Perfect Store program and standards.
You will interact with internal and external stakeholders to achieve faster, better and stronger results in our markets! Responsibilities Your day to day with us.
Provides support to Key Account Manager related to data extractions (sell out/business insights) using business Intelligence Customer tools and Nielsen tools.
Supports the space management agenda through assortment analysis, distribution and space assessment.
Help define the relevant requirements for our Perfect Store program regarding planogram principles and assortment.
Support implementation of tactical plans and provide the customer point of view on shelf and space trends.
Deliver tailor made planograms for specific needs/customers requested by the field team.
Ensure the correct implementation and tracking of the main shelf projects (shelf execution according to planogram principles and tracking of KPIs).
Update of market data and shopper KPIs and share local market data with the global insights team.
Work closely with the category management and business insights lead to coordinate with different stakeholders within the team as well as other teams.
Qualifications What will you need to succeed? Previous experience both in Category Management and in FMCG (1-2 years).
Proficiency in both Portuguese and English.
Spanish is a plus.
Spaceman and Nielsen Answers/Discover experience.
Excellent skills in both Excel and PowerPoint.
AIP and Emnos knowledge is a plus.
Very good Interpersonal and presentation skills.
