As we expand our operations we are actively seeking a talented Germanspeaking Content Moderator to join us in Porto and contribute to our mission.
Role Overview.
As a GermanSpeaking Content Moderator you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our online platforms by reviewing and moderating usergenerated content.
This position presents a unique opportunity to work within a multicultural team utilizing your language proficiency and cultural sensitivity to enhance the online experience for our users.
Key Responsibilities.
Review and moderate usergenerated content in German across diverse digital platforms including social media forums and messaging apps.
Apply established guidelines and policies to assess content taking appropriate action to remove or escalate violations.
Collaborate crossfunctionally to address complex issues and implement effective solutions.
Provide guidance and support to users fostering a positive and inclusive online community.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in content moderation to continuously enhance our processes.
Qualifications.
Proficiency in German at the B1 level or higher with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent in English enabling effective communication with international colleagues.
Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Empathetic and culturally aware with a keen understanding of diverse perspectives.
Prior experience in content moderation or customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
A bachelors degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
