Your future duties and responsibilities.
- Atendimento telefónico a clientes para esclarecimento de questões relacionadas com o serviço (Inbound); - Esclarecimento de questões contratuais; - Gestão de reclamações; - Entre outras tarefas.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
- Formação ao nível do Ensino Secundário (fator obrigatório); - Competências informáticas no âmbito do Microsoft Office; - Experiência profissional no setor energético (fator preferencial); - Experiência profissional em ambiente de contact center e/ou apoio ao cliente (fator preferencial); - Disponibilidade para horários rotativos de 2ª a 6ª feira, entre as 9h e as 20h (8h/dia); - Facilidade no relacionamento multicanal e capacidade de escuta ativa, transmitindo confiança e proximidade ao Cliente- Facilidade de expressão oral e boa fluência verbal; - Apetência pelo trabalho em equipa e facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal; - Boa capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal.
