* Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or related field; * Minimum 4 years of experience as an Application Support Engineer; * Experience working with SQL; * Knowledge of Linux/UNIX and Windows Systems; * Previous experience working with ServiceNow (ITIL); * Previous contact with Geneos / Daynatrace as monitoring frameworks; * Skills in Python or other scripting language; * Organizational and communication skills; * Proactivity and dynamism; * Good English level (mandatory).
