We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile.
Application Production Support (m/f) - Hybrid (Lisbon) What do you need to have.
Hard Skills.
• First class Graduate in any discipline (Computer Science preferred) from a reputed university with a good background of software development/support • At least 10 years’ experience in a similar position • File Transfer Open protocol, sftp, ftp and proprietary protocol (cft) • relational database concepts’ knowledge • General IT infrastructure knowledge • Particular knowledge and experience with RedHat Linux with Windows, UNIX, WAS, SQL, (Microsoft Sql & Oracle Sql) • Windows (power shell, active directory, Event logs, …) • network concepts, balancer, https certificates • Application Performance Monitor (Dynatrace preferable) • SYS ADMIN • Experience with system scripting • Good understanding of the ITIL norm especially Incident, Change and Request Management and practices • ANSIBLE & DEVOPS • English (Mandatory) • French is a Plus Soft skills • Good communication • Team spirit • Proactivity • Time management What we can offer.
