Apoio ao Cliente – Área de Seguros Descrição.
– Apoio ao Cliente de informação e registo/alteração de dados e pedidos; – Esclarecimentos de condições do segurado, abertura de sinistros e gestão de reclamações.
Perfil – 12º ano; – Experiência em atendimento telefónico (preferencial); – Destreza informática; – Conhecimentos de inserção/atualização de conteúdos em diversas plataformas; – Capacidade de comunicação e sentido crítico e analítico; – Inglês nível B1/B2; – Disponibilidade imediata Oferta.
– Contrato de Trabalho; – Vencimento Base + Subsídio de Alimentação + Subs.
Férias e Natal; – Seguro de Saúde (apos 6 meses de antiguidade) Horário.
Full-Time 2ª a 6ª, com horário compreendido entre as 10HH30 Local de Trabalho.
