Função: Apoio ao Cliente (m/f)
Responsabilidades
Receção das chamadas via telefone, do atual cliente que contacta o Serviço Oficial de Apoio ao Cliente para informação, esclarecimento da fatura, registo da atualização de dados, pedidos de alteração ao serviço/tarifário de telecomunicações e resolver questões.
