Our company specializes in providing commercial tenant improvement services for retail, restaurant, and automotive industries, etc., and we have a proven track record of successful projects, including a recent collaboration with Boot Barn in Bellingham.
Responsibilities.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify at least 20 chain stores across relevant industries with expansion plans in Washington State.
- Gather detailed information on each chain store's expansion strategies, target locations, and timeline using various resources such as company websites, press releases, financial reports, and industry publications.
- Attend industry events and trade shows (if applicable) to gather insights and network with industry professionals.
- Utilize business intelligence tools to access company profiles, growth plans, and decision-maker contact information.
- Engage with industry associations and commercial real estate brokers to uncover potential leads and market trends.
- Compile a comprehensive report with the research findings, including company profiles, expansion plans, target locations, decision-maker contacts, and any additional insights.
Requirements.
- Extensive experience in conducting advanced market research and business intelligence gathering.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insights from various data sources.
- Excellent online research skills and familiarity with business intelligence tools.
- Ability to attend industry events and trade shows (online and offline), if necessary.
- Strong networking and communication skills to engage with industry associations and commercial real estate brokers.
- Exceptional organizational and data management skills.
- Strong command of English and ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
